By purchasing, booking, subscribing to, registering for, or using CAREERDON services, users acknowledge that they have

shall be treated as final and non-refundable once:

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds shall NOT be provided in situations including but not limited to:
• change of mind after purchase
• subjective dissatisfaction after service initiation
• delayed response or non-cooperation from the client
• failure to provide required information or documents
• job rejection or interview rejection
• admission rejection or visa rejection
• migration or recruitment outcomes
• SEO ranking fluctuations
• advertising performance variations
• financing or EMI rejection
• business or entrepreneurial outcomes
• SaaS feature modifications or upgrades
• temporary dashboard interruptions
• technical misunderstandings not caused by CAREERDON
• dissatisfaction with market conditions or platform algorithms
• partially used subscriptions or services
• completed or substantially completed digital work
• missed consultations or delayed approvals by the client
• third-party financing or payment-provider decisions
CAREERDON does not guarantee:
• jobs or placements
• admissions
• salaries
• interview calls
• migration approvals
• SEO rankings
• advertising outcomes
• lead generation
• financing approvals

Accordingly, such outcomes cannot form the basis for refund claims.
5. Cancellation Policy
Users may request cancellation before work initiation or onboarding.
However:
• cancellation approval remains solely at CAREERDON’s discretion
• administrative, onboarding, subscription, research, consultation-blocking, or processing charges may apply
• once onboarding, consultations, dashboard provisioning, subscription activation, automation workflows, strategy,
assessments, optimization, development, hosting setup, financing workflow initiation, or digital processing begins,
cancellation requests may not be accepted
CAREERDON reserves the right to refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate services in cases involving:
• abusive behavior
• unethical conduct
• fraudulent activity
• misinformation
• harassment
• defamatory behavior
• intellectual-property misuse
• platform abuse
• suspicious activity
• cybersecurity threats
• policy violations
6. SaaS Subscription & Dashboard Access Policy
Future CAREERDON systems may include:
• subscription-based dashboards
• AI-powered SaaS systems
• automation-enabled user platforms
• certification-verification systems
• analytics dashboards
• API-connected services
• account-based ecosystems
Users acknowledge that:
• subscription fees, renewal charges, hosting charges, maintenance charges, or access fees may change without prior notice
• platform features, workflows, integrations, APIs, or dashboard structures may evolve over time
• dashboard access may be modified, restricted, paused, upgraded, or discontinued at CAREERDON’s discretion
Refunds shall not apply due to:
• feature upgrades or changes
• platform evolution

7. Consultation Booking Policy
Consultation slots booked with CAREERDON Technologies are reserved exclusively for the client.
Accordingly:
• consultation bookings are non-transferable
• missed consultations may not qualify for refunds
• rescheduling requests remain subject to availability and approval
• repeated rescheduling may result in cancellation of the booking
• delays caused by the client may affect timelines, platform activation schedules, and delivery commitments
8. Digital Delivery Policy
CAREERDON primarily provides digitally delivered services and digital deliverables.
Digital deliverables may include:
• resumes and CVs
• LinkedIn content
• assessment reports
• branding assets
• website deliverables
• dashboard access
• SaaS-system access
• strategy documents
• SEO reports
• advertising assets
• AI-assisted outputs
• consultation summaries
• hosting-related setup support
• certification-related materials
Once digital work, subscription activation, dashboard access, automation workflows, or digital fulfillment has been
initiated, processed, shared, delivered, or substantially completed, refunds shall not apply.
9. Razorpay, EMI & Financing Disclaimer
CAREERDON Technologies uses authorized third-party payment gateways including Razorpay for online payment
processing.

• No Cost EMI offers
• Pay Later services

10. Website Hosting, Domains & Renewal Services
CAREERDON Technologies may provide website-development assistance, hosting-support services, domain-registration
assistance, SSL support, plugin integration support, portfolio-hosting guidance, and SaaS-hosting infrastructure.
Users acknowledge that:
• hosting and domain services may depend on third-party providers
• annual renewal charges may apply for hosting, domains, SSL certificates, plugins, maintenance, support, APIs, cloud
infrastructure, email systems, or subscriptions
• domain renewals and hosting continuity depend on timely payments and provider policies
• downtime, DNS propagation delays, server outages, plugin conflicts, cloud disruptions, or API failures may occur beyond
CAREERDON’s reasonable control
Refunds shall not apply for:

• registrar-related delays
• domain-transfer complications

11. Meta Ads, Google Ads & SEO Disclaimer

However, CAREERDON does not guarantee:
• search-engine rankings
• advertising performance
• leads or conversions

Advertising and SEO performance may fluctuate based on:
• algorithms
• advertising budgets
• competition
• audience behavior
• market conditions
• search-engine updates
• platform-policy changes
Refunds shall not apply due to fluctuations in advertising or SEO performance.
12. Certification & Verification Policy
CAREERDON certifications, employability credentials, digital badges, and completion certificates:
• are educational and employability-oriented in nature
• do not represent government accreditation
• do not guarantee employment, admissions, financing approvals, or business outcomes
CAREERDON reserves the right to:
• revoke certificates
• suspend verification access
• invalidate fraudulent credentials
• deny misuse of certifications
Refunds shall not apply after certification issuance, dashboard verification activation, or digital credential provisioning.
13. User Accounts & Platform Access Responsibility
Users remain responsible for:

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under this policy shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

CAREERDON Technologies reserves the right to revise, update, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue this Refund &
