All such materials remain protected under applicable copyright laws, trademark protections, intellectual-property laws,
digital-content protections, and technology-governance frameworks.

All content available through CAREERDON Technologies including website content, dashboards, SaaS systems, automation
systems, reports, downloadable files, templates, workflows, and digital assets is protected under applicable copyright and
intellectual-property laws.

structures, and digital ecosystem branding remain protected intellectual-property assets of CAREERDON Technologies.
Users must not:
• imitate CAREERDON branding
• create misleadingly similar branding

• falsely claim affiliation or partnership

CAREERDON Technologies has developed proprietary:

Users must not:

• conduct malicious testing or penetration attempts

7. User Account & Credential Responsibility
Future CAREERDON systems may include:

Users remain responsible for:
• maintaining confidentiality of credentials
• activities conducted through their accounts
• preventing unauthorized access
CAREERDON shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence, credential sharing, or failure to
maintain account security.
8. Client Content & Submitted Materials
Users and clients retain ownership of their original uploaded documents and materials.
However, by submitting content to CAREERDON Technologies, users grant CAREERDON limited operational rights to:

• analyze
• optimize
• edit
• format
• utilize submitted materials solely for service-delivery purposes
Clients confirm that submitted materials:
• are legally owned or authorized
• do not infringe third-party rights
• comply with applicable laws and regulations

CAREERDON shall not be liable for copyright disputes, trademark disputes, or legal claims arising from client-submitted

9. Certification & Verification Governance
CAREERDON certifications, employability credentials, digital badges, completion certificates, and verification systems:
• are educational and employability-oriented in nature
• do not represent government accreditation
• do not guarantee employment, admissions, financing approvals, or business outcomes
• remain subject to verification policies and governance structures
CAREERDON reserves the right to:
• revoke certificates
• invalidate fraudulent credentials

10. Website Development, Hosting & Digital Systems

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• clients retain ownership of approved client-specific content and branding assets
• third-party themes, plugins, APIs, hosting services, cloud systems, or software remain subject to respective provider
licenses and policies

• software tools
• cloud systems
• plugins
• hosting services
• analytics systems
